VNA of Porter County presents 'Diabetes'

Visiting Nurse Association of Porter County will present "Diabetes". This informational program will provide attendees with an increased knowledge of how diabetes can affect their lives. The importance of a healthy lifestyle and seeking healthcare assistance when appropriate will be emphasized as it relates to diabetes.
