Archeology program

Calumet City Historical Society will host a presentation by Les Marszalek of the Chicago Area Archaeological Services Network on recent archeological findings in the area. Marszalek is a Calumet City resident who has done extensive digging across the state of Illinois and finds this area to be exceptionally notable for Native American artifacts. He will share information on some of his findings following the monthly meeting.
