Free Tax Preparation

AARP is offering free income tax preparation for seniors and low-income residents in the Crown Point area. In conjunction with the IRS, free e-filing service will be available for qualifying tax returns. AARP tax counselors have been trained and certified to IRS standards. Tax returns will be prepared Monday and Wednesday mornings through April 10. (No service on February 18, 2013 – President’s Day – Library closed).
