Made in Dyer
Dyer Historical Society will host speaker Daniel Keilman, native of Dyer, who will present "Made in Dyer 1935-1950: Persons, Places, Things, & Events." He will describe a farming community beginning to emerge as a small town during the recovery from the Depression and WWII. Tie-ins include Meyer's Castle, Lincoln Hwy., new Sanitarium, Dyer Auto Auction, Jung's Gas Station, Standard Gas Station and Plum Creek. Refreshments will be served.
