The program will run from July 7-25 at the American Rhythm Center. Enrollment will be limited to a maximum of 25 students, age 16-24. (Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis based on maturity and skill.) Students will attend classes 9:30-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and take a wide range of classes, including body percussion, music theory and choreography, and several hours of tap each day. Participants will have the opportunity to perform in one of RHYTHM WORLD's critically acclaimed JUBA! concerts at the prestigious Museum of Contemporary Art. Participants selected from the Chicago audition will be eligible to receive a PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP for the program.
