Lowell United Methodist Women will host special speaker Carolyn Marshall, director of the Lucille Raines Residence in Indianapolis, at the 9:15 service. The residence cares for those on the road to recovery from drugs and alcohol. The main sponsor for the residential facility is the United Methodist Women of Indiana.
