Register by March 2 with the Lowell Parks Department for a new program, Joyful Noise, with instruction from music educator Michelle Mishlove. This 30-minute music and movement class ages 2 and 3, accompanied by a caregiver, includes songs, rhymes, stories, instruments and more. Classes are at 10 a.m. weekly, March 7-April 4.
