5K Training Class
The Griffith Y will be holding a 10-week 5K training class on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning April 1 for all running types that need help or motivation. On top of running, the coach will cover topics such as cold/wet weather gear, proper shoes, running ailments, etc. The instructor will also answer any questions that you may have regarding running and/or training.
