Total Body Workout

This six-week class began Sept. 19 and is a great total body workout for all ages and levels. You will have fun with this 3 in 1 workout combining high and low impact cardio and muscle strengthening, toning, and stretching moves. Get fit and have fun while doing it! Instructor is Sarah Humber.
