Yoga for Seniors

Hebron Public Library will hold an eight-week series of Gentle Yoga and Strength Training for Seniors classes on Thursdays. Taught by a YogaFit Certified Instructor, these sessions will teach the basics of gentle yoga while sitting in a chair.  They will also incorporate the use of TheraBands for gentle strength training.
