Box of Chocolates

Event occured on Fri, May 9 2014, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm CDT

Students will learn basic chocolate melting techniques through a double boiler and microwave melting as they make cookie dough truffles, tiger fudge, and molded candy hearts from scratch and put it in their own decorated heart shaped candy box. Class is taught by Pastry Chef, Jodi LaForce.
