As a service to the public, volunteer lawyers from the Indiana State Bar Association will be available to answer legal  questions and give brief (10-15 minutes) legal consultations at the Lowell Public Library, 9 AM - 5 PM.


This is the Bar’s 17th annual public service event        honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the dream of access to justice for all. Consultations     will be held in the study rooms in the reference area      of the library.
