Col. Paul Malarik III is celebrating his 75th birthday on Oct. 4. He has continued his life of charity work and philanthropy after his years at the Chicago Tribune's Advertising Division. Some of the groups include the Board of Directors of the English-Speaking Union of Chicago and Naples, Sarah Siddons Society, Royal Oak Foundation, Old Masters Society of the Art Institute, City Club of Chicago, Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Wedgwood Society of Chicago, Cultural Mile, Irish Georgian Society, Acacia Fraternity at Indiana University, American Diabetes Association, Diamond Derby Gala in Louisville, American Heart Association in Palm Beach and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He is a 32nd Degree Master Mason, Scottish Rite, and Knight Templars.
