PODCAST: Byline - Volunteers work to help Indiana's neglected children

Indiana, or any state for that matter, has its own set of problems. However, a looming one, recently discovered, is the amount of child abuse and neglect cases, which have doubled over the past decade. It's a troubling issue that Indiana's juvenile and criminal courts are trying to aid, including the volunteers of Lake County's CASA program.
