Is there a way to enable/disable the toolbars on the PDF's?
Windows: Control-L will hide the Adobe Menu if it's showing and show it if it's hiding
Apple: Mac users can use (Command+F) to show a hidden menu bar. In order to hide the menu bar, users can right click on the toolbar and select "Hide Toolbar" from the menu.

I can login, but the page never displays; I need a plugin
Firefox on a Macintosh does not have the capabilites to display an embedded PDF, so if you are using Firefox on a Mac, you will not be able to view the pages. The Mac Safari browser, however, will display the pages. If you are using Windows Firefox and Internet Explorer will both be able to display the pages with the installation of a plugin. You will be prompted to install this plugin and it is safe to install.

I have to login twice to access the E-Edition
In order to login to the E-Edition you must have cookies enabled in your web browser, in some cases you may have to have security settings for

In your Internet Explorer Browser, click on Tools:

Select Internet Options From the Menu

Click the Privacy Tab and the Sites Button on the bottom left

Type into the site textbox and click Allow

You should see in the bottom box with the text Always Allow

You should then close your Intnernet Explorer Browser and start it again.
