The elegant Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo will make its Auditorium Theatre debut this weekend.
The troupe, which is the national ballet company of Monaco, will perform "La Belle" ("Sleeping Beauty") on March 3 and 4.
“Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo continues the great dance traditions begun by Diaghilev and his Ballet Russes, who performed at the Auditorium Theatre in 1916,” said Tania Castroverde Moskalenko, Auditorium Theatre CEO, in a recent press release.

'Pretty Woman' ready to grace stage
"Pretty Woman: The Musical" opens March 13 for a five-week run at The Oriental Theatre, 24 W. Randolph St., Chicago. The show stars Samantha Barks as Vivian and Steve Kazee as Edward.
"Pretty Woman" features original music and lyrics by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance with book by Garry Marshall and screenwriter J.F. Lawton. Jerry Mitchell is the director and choreographer of the production.

'Love Never Dies' ends this weekend
"Love Never Dies" runs to March 4 at Cadillac Palace Theatre, 151 W. Randolph St., Chicago.
Meghan Picerno stars as Christine in the popular Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, which is the sequel to "Phantom of the Opera."
"Love Never Dies," starring music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Glenn Slater, is in its first national tour. It tells the story of the Phantom and his love interest, Christine, 10 years after he disappeared from Paris' Opera House. The story is set in New York, and starring as the phantom is Garder Thor Cortes.

Tickets are on sale for the return of "On Your Feet! The Emilio & Gloria Estefan Broadway Musical" coming to Chicago this month.
The musical will be performed March 21-April 8 at Cadillac Palace Theatre, 151 W. Randolph St. The show tells the story of the music careers of Gloria and Emilio Estefan.
