James McCartney, son of Beatles legend Paul, will perform at 8 p.m. May 7 at Schuba's in Chicago. McCartney is currently on a 47-date tour of the United States in support of a new album "Me," which debuts May 21.

About his album, McCartney said, "For my first album I wanted to make a record that would be intimate, deeply personal, and honest...An album that would say, 'This is who I am ... both musically and personally. This is me.'"
