To submit a weird tree candidate, send two nonreturnable photos to Sam Carman, DNR Division of Forestry, 402 W. Washington, Room W.296, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Digital photos can be emailed to scarman@dnr.IN.gov.
Along with the photos, the DNR asks for your name, address, phone number and the specific location of the tree, including the county.
