Whiting baseball championship postponed to 7:30 p.m.

The Class 2A Whiting baseball Sectional championship game will be played at 7:30 p.m. due to extra innings in an early game.

Bishop Noll will face the host Oilers for the sectional championship. Whiting defeated Lake Station 13-3 in five innings.

The Warriors rallied from a 4-1 deficit to beat Wheeler 5-4 in the bottom of the ninth.
