Crown Brewing in Crown Point will celebrate its 5th anniversary on June 14. In honor of the celebration, there will be tours of the new barrel aging cellar in the old Lake County Title Building. The cellar was once used as the fallout shelter for Crown Point during the Cold War.

Miller Bakery Cafe is gearing up for its Grand Opening Celebration at 5 p.m. June 14 at the cafe, 555 S. Lake St., Gary. The event will feature complimentary champagne, live music and special guests. For more information on the event, visit millerbakerycafe.com

Wine Toast

The Zeta Chi Chapter of Tri-Kappa will present its 4th annual Wine Tasting from 6 to 8 p.m. June 20 at Gardens on the Prairie, 3242 W. 169th Ave., Lowell. For tickets and more information, call Betty at (219) 696-4266 (during evening hours).

Signature Celebration

The Signature Room at the 95th in Chicago's John Hancock Building is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary. A variety of specials will be featured through July in honor of the celebration.

The restaurant's chef Rosalia Barron has also come up with a new menu in honor of the big event and plans to add items seasonally.

The Signature Room's popular lunch buffet will be available for $6.95 on Thursdays through July. The buffet will be featured for the regular price of $20 on Fridays and Saturdays. (The $6.95 price was the regular price of the buffet in 1993 when the restaurant opened.) FYI: signatureroom.com
