'THE KOSHER BAKER'
Get ready for the holidays. Author and baker Paula Shoyer recently released her latest cookbook featuring delicious recipes for all styles and types of desserts with a kosher twist. The book "The Kosher Baker: Over 160 Dairy-free Recipes from Traditional to Trendy" (Brandeis University/University Press of New England, $35) is a true baking bible. It includes recipes for everything from Quick and Elegant Desserts to recipes for Passover and Other Special Diets and No-Sugar-Added Desserts.
