Tammy Pham, executive chef and co-owner of Asparagus Restaurant in Merrillville, with her husband Sam, recently presented the restaurant's first wine dinner. Hartford Family Wines were featured with Pham's unique take on Vietnamese cuisine. Watch for future wine dinners at the eatery. Also stay tuned for the debut of Pham's new Siam Marina in Tinley Park sometime in November.
