Super Bowl Bash

The James Beard Foundation recently partnered with The Clinton Foundation to luanch "America Cooks with Chefs: The 800 Calorie Challenge. The challenge is an innovative cooking competition that focuses on healthy eating and nutrition for home cooks. According to press materials, the challenge "will pair six lucky contestants with celebrity chef trainers, including James Beard Award winners Tony Mantuano (of Chicago's Spiaggia) and Mary Sue Milliken of Bravo's "Top Chef Masters." Jellyfish Joins Restaurant Week
Jellyfish, 1009 N. Rush St., Chicago, will take part in Chicago Restaurant Week, Jan. 24 through Feb. 6. Executive chef Jason Im and head sushi chef Puje Dorling will create special prix fixe lunch and dinner menus for the special week.
