The book "Food for Thought: An Indiana Harvest" by David Hoppe, features photographs by Kristin Hess. In the book, readers will find stories about the food culture in the state of Indiana. It was inspired by an exhibit Food for Thought, which was a two-year program to inspire Hoosiers to talk, think and read about food.
