Providence is celebrating the grand opening of its Single Family and City Homes models this weekend along with a brand new Design Studio at The Regency in Crown Point.
Prices begin in the City Homes from the upper $130s with partial basements/2-car garages included and Single Family homes from the upper $180s. On top of those fabulous prices, grand opening promotions include discounts on lot premiums and Whirlpool appliance packages.
The community is located just minutes from Crown Point’s historic downtown square, adjacent to the thriving private Youche Country Club - just south of 231 on Route 55. Visit this weekend and register to win a free iPad or $100 AMEX gift card.
A highly-desirable, yet affordable golf course community, The Regency is located extremely close to Crown Point’s outstanding schools - students living in The Regency attend top-rated CPHS, Taft Middle and Lake Street Elementary – with reliable Crown Point city services plus Lake Michigan water. Homebuyers have the option of a distinctively designed and highly energy efficient new single family Estate Home (executive or eco series), low-maintenance City Home (a modern update to traditional courtyard, bungalow and garden styles) or maintenance-free paired Golf Villa (near the newly remodeled Youche Clubhouse).
Sales in The Regency have taken off early in 2013, so there is an opportunity to view many of these Providence offerings with several homes under construction, according to Carol Biel of Century 21 Executive Realty.
“For example, Providence selected the all-new Wexford for its latest model, which also serves as the corporate sales and selection center,” she said. “Located at 1714 W. 130th Place, the Wexford is a 2,800-sq-ft home with 4-5 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths that starts in the $220s. Featuring an all-new key drop option off the garage with plug-ins to charge electronic devices, all the rooms are functional and spacious.”
Additional construction activity in The Regency includes nine homes in various stages of completion, plus another eight more scheduled to get started soon.
Of those, four are available to buyers who want to move later this spring or early summer. The Dover quick delivery home is a 1,700-sq-ft ranch priced starting in the upper $190s. The Lancaster is a 2,000-sq-ft plan with 4 bedrooms and all the bells and whistles including a premier lot that will be complete later this month priced in the $230s.
“Our Eco series of Estate Homes has really taken off,” Lisa Mullins of Century 21 Executive Realty added. “With pricing that starts in the low $200s, our new Jasmine plan with 2,500-sq-ft, 4 bedrooms plus loft, 2 ½ baths, flexible main floor dining room/den/office with partial basement and 2-car garage including lot is a great addition. The flexibility of all the Providence plans is an amazing feature, and buyers really appreciate having such a great selection.”
On the other side of the neighborhood, Regency’s City Homes appeal to people who still want their own homes with a small, manageable yard in a friendly neighborhood setting that’s tucked away along the greens and fairways of Youche’s golf course.
“We’re excited to introduce our new model, a Lytham 2-story with attached garage,” Biel said. “In the City Home section, there is a 3 bedroom 2-story ready to move-in priced in the $170s.”
At the heart of The Regency, Golf Villas offer all the conveniences of maintenance-free living in a paired home. Right now, there is one complete with a first-floor master suite that’s loaded with extras including a daylight basement on the golf course for the special introductory price of $225,000. On the other side, you have the option of making your own personal selections.
“Providence carefully considers customer feedback when it comes to designing their neighborhoods and especially their floor plans,” Mullins explained. “Based right here in Northwest Indiana, Providence is committed to the local market and provides one of the building industry’s most comprehensive warranty plans. Along with being confident that Providence will be around to address any issues down the road, buyers are pleased to find their large square footage homes are both affordable and very livable, with so many options for taking them to whatever level they want.”
