Dreaming of a New Home?

Discover how one ticket can change your life . . . and the lives of many, many others!

Now in its 17th year, the annual Northwest Indiana House Raffle is once again giving you the chance to choose your own Grand Prize – a brand new home plus $50,100 or an all-cash prize of $225,000.

With the odds of winning at least one in 80, 74 additional people will also be awarded generous cash prizes ranging from $10,000 to $300.

NWI House Raffle tickets are available for $150 with the proceeds funding important outreach services and programs for families, children and seniors in need through St. Jude House and Crossroads YMCA. Whether you choose to buy yours as an individual, family or group, be sure and get one soon since a limited number are available – NWI House Raffle tickets have sold out completely in previous years!

You can purchase yours when you visit this year’s NWI House Raffle home during the special tour dates starting this weekend – Saturday and Sunday, July 13-14 and July 20-21, noon - 6 p.m.

Imagine coming home to the Baybridge by Phillippe Builders in Lowell’s Spring Run.

You can pull right into your attached two-car garage and enter the hallway that leads to your beautiful new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the work zone with a window over the sink that looks out onto the back yard. Open to the dining area and great room, there’s also a powder room and spacious foyer with double-door closet on the main floor. Featuring warm hand-scraped oak flooring, the entire space is truly a haven for both family and friends.

All three bedrooms are upstairs with the large master suite featuring a private bath and walk-in closet located at the front of the house with another full bath separating it from the other bedrooms in both rear corners of the house.

The finished living area gives you 1,600-sq-ft of well-appointed living space, and there’s also another 800-sq-ft in the unfinished basement.

Warm and welcoming, the Baybridge features an extended covered front porch where you can greet your neighbors as the kids play and ride their bikes plus a fabulous 14x14 rear deck that’s ideal for dining and relaxing in the great outdoors.

Not only could you enjoy life in this brand new energy-efficient home, you would also have an additional $50,100 as the Grand Prize winner of the NWI House Raffle this year.

“Along with the $229,900 selling price, the winner of the House Raffle will also receive $50,100 in cash for a total value of $280,000,” said Rachel Randall, Director of Sales and Marketing for Phillippe Builders. “With that money, the winner could use approximately half to finish the basement creating a beautiful laundry room with plenty of shelves for storage, a powder room and large family room with convenient wall mount for a TV in addition to a separate unfinished space for the mechanical equipment and storage. That’s just one example of what you could do with just a portion of the extra cash when you choose the Baybridge as the Grand Prize winner.”

So which would you choose – the house plus cash or all cash? Take the tour and buy a ticket this weekend or next.

Then, you’ll only have until Friday, August 9 to decide. As long as a minimum of 4,100 of the 6,000 total tickets are sold, the official NWI House Raffle drawing will take place at the Marian Education Center of St. Anthony Medical Center in Crown Point promptly at 10 a.m. If your ticket is the first to be selected – but the last to be revealed – the grand prize will be yours to choose! Someone’s going to win – why not you?

For complete details, go to www.nwihouseraffle.org online. Tickets can also be purchased through Tuesday, August 6 by visiting your local Crossroads YMCA location or by calling the NWI House Raffle Hotline: (219) 663-5810 or toll free (888) 663-5810.
