"It was just Bill and I and over 3,000 square feet of office space in the beginning," Rossi, who has been a northwest Indiana real estate agent for 20 years and a broker/owner running a real estate company for 17 of those, said. Our family, like our business, is growing rapidly here," Crystal Henning, who has been with Rossi & Taylor since the very beginning as executive coordinator/processor and brings over 10 years of real estate office experience to the team, said.
