Change in pinochle schedule

Due to inclement weather, the March 5 pinochle session was canceled and play will take place March 19 and 26.

Make plans for golf outing

A golf outing is scheduled for 10 a.m. May 8 at the Lansing Country Club on Wentworth Avenue. Price of $35 includes nine holes of golf with cart, sit-down lunch, golf prizes and door prizes. Nongolfers' lunch only, $15. To reserve, call (708) 474-7435.

Celebrate anniversary


The 25th anniversary of Golden Times will be celebrated May 16 at Villa Cesare, 900 Eagle River Drive, Schererville. Doors open at 10:45 a.m with the meal served at 11:45. Dance to the music of the Dick Elliot band from 1 to 4 p.m. Tickets cost $20, and will be available at Citizens Financial Bank, 1720 45th Ave., Munster, after Friday. Tickets to musical on sale

Reserve Michigan trip spot
