National Lakeshore chief envisions hike and bike suspension bridge in Portage

Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Superintendent Constantine Dillon is in discussions with local officials about his concept of a hike and bike suspension bridge similar to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge between Omaha, Neb. and Council Bluffs, Iowa.
