DATA: Half of complaints go unanswered

The Indiana Gaming Commission received 37 written complaints from gamblers at Northwest Indiana casinos in 2009, about half of which went unanswered. The graph below shows how many days it took the gaming commission to respond to complaints where it provided an answer. It also shows complaints the commission failed to answer and how many days those complaints had been pending as of July 1.
