GARY | A Gary man was arrested Thursday and faces federal charges of receiving child pornography.
Officials found at least three pornographic videos involving children on Christopher M. Bour's laptop computer, according to court records.
Bour, 39, had been in communication with a woman who tipped off the FBI about texts he sent her stating that he was going to have sex with a toddler, according to court records. Bour later told officials the texts were part of a fantasy and role-playing.
Bour told officials he started watching child pornography two years ago and estimates he has downloaded less than 100 videos using LimeWire, according to documents.
