HOBART | A 74-year-old Arizona man died Saturday afternoon in a Hobart car crash, authorities said.
Gerald Eastham, of Goodyear, Ariz., died of blunt force trauma to the body as a result of a motor vehicle accident at U.S. 30 and 81st Avenue, said a spokeswoman for the Lake County coroner's office.
Eastham was a passenger in the car. The coroner's office was called to the scene at 3:25 p.m., where Eastham was pronounced dead, according to the spokeswoman.
Hobart police would not disclose further details of the crash Saturday night.
