Nonprofit organization.

Mission: To educate the whole child through the experience of leadership skills, technology and prevention strategies. The organization helps children make the connection between education and attaining their goals (their passion) and focuses on four major aspects of the person: character, physical health, cognitive development and social growth. By developing a child's leadership skills, the organization enhances a child's desire to learn.

Special events: Each One Reach One Child offers educational and tutorial services- individual tutoring will be available if the child's school success is at risk. Children whose academic performance is below their age developmental level will be assessed. Advanced methods of technology are incorporated into the program to aid in the learning process. Mentoring and counseling is available based on individual needs and prevention and workshops include, but are not limited to, problem solving, conflict management, decision making, group discussions and role playing. Color Me Peace is the conflict resolution educational component of EOROC which teaches children how to control anger. It addresses behavior problems, low academic achievement, low self-esteem, stress, tardiness and truancy.

Advice: "We offer hope and success to the children and families and ways of succeeding in life," said EOROC President Bessie Hitchcock.
