About Tracy: Born March 27, 1990. Daughter of Camille Msall of Richton Park and Kenneth Johnson of Minnesota.

Granddaughter of Lucille Msall of Lemont and Dorothy Jasper of Scottsboro, Ala. Member of St. Ireneaus Church in Park Forest.

Accomplishments: Tracy Johnson will attend Northwestern University in the fall to study economics. A 2008 graduate of Marian Catholic High School earning a 4.4 grade-point average and ranked in the top 10, she completed Advanced Placement macro and micro economics, English and calculus bc along with honors Latin IV senior year. She was inducted into National Honor Society and Latin National Honor Society. She was a member of Mu Alpha Theta math honor society and on the math team; she received first place in oral competition. Johnson played French horn and was first chair and band section leader. At the Solo and Ensemble competition she earned a first-place rating in the quintet category. Johnson played varsity water polo all four years and was voted Most Valuable Defense Player senior year; she received the Spirit Award freshmen year. Johnson is included in Who's Who Among American High School Students. She works at Dairy Queen in Homewood and First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley

Park.

Personal hero: "My mom. She's a single mom and she's raised me by herself for 18 years. We have a close connection. I appreciate all she's done for me."

What I do for fun: "I'm a big movie person, I always go to the movies with my friends. I love my friends and family a lot and try to spend as much time with them as possible."

People might be surprised to now: "I went to Australia for three weeks to see my aunt, uncle and two cousins for my graduation present. It was amazing."
