GARY | Shane Sigsbee continuously pushed the action and his aggressiveness paid off big time.
Sigsbee, a 23-year-old Chicago resident, won $206,273 in first-place prize money at the Heartland Poker Tour's Texas Hold 'em tournament at the Majestic Star Casino on Monday.
The tournament had a record main-event field of 480 players and a total prize pool of $690,576. Sigsbee was one of six players who made the final table, and he won it in a record 42 hands.
