LOWELL | The Lowell Police Department is reviving the community Crime Watch program and invites those interested in serving as block captains to learn more.

There will be a meeting at 7 p.m. July 15 at the Lowell Police Station conducted by Cpl. Robert Hornickel. Anyone with questions should call him at (219) 696-0411. - By Times Staff
