Professional photographer to talk about wildlife of Tanzania

PARK FOREST | The Sauk Calumet Group of the Illinois Sierra Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Ringering Room of the Park Forest Library at Lakewood and Orchard Drive.

Professional photographer Todd Gustafson will show slides of the wildlife of Tanzania, where he grew up and where he has returned many times to lead photo safaris. Gustafson has been photographing nature, wildlife and natural history for the last decade. Specialties include East Africa (animals, birds and native people) and North America (wildlife, landscapes and cityscapes). Gustafson photographs and works as a clinician/teacher for Nikon Corporation. He works with photographers as a guide and photo instructor in East Africa, Europe, Central America , New Mexico, Florida, and throughout the Midwest

Tanzania features the world-renowned Serengeti National Park and vast Selous Game Reserve that collectively include an estimated 20 percent of Africa's large mammal population.
