PORTAGE | The Prairie Duneland Trail underpass under Willowcreek Road will remain closed today.
Portage parks department officials closed the underpass Monday and Tuesday to repair damage caused by vandals. The underpass will remain closed today as workers continue to clean up the graffiti.
