CHICAGO | The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has released a report on disciplinary actions taken in May. The following individuals have been cited by the agency:
* Jerrilynn D. Williams, of Burnham, had her registered nurse license suspended for alleged failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes;
* Catty Salgado, of Glenwood, had her real estate salesperson license placed in refuse-to-renew status for alleged failure to comply with a departmental consent order;
* Troy Adam Davis, of Homewood, had his respiratory care practitioner license suspended for alleged failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes. - BY TIMES STAFF
