History instructor will speak about travels
WESTVILLE | The Purdue North Central Women's Association's International Friendship Group will feature a look at Peru at its first program of the semester Nov. 13.
Kenneth Kincaid, PNC assistant professor of history, and several of his students will discuss their experiences traveling to Peru this past summer.
The presentation is from noon to 1 p.m. in the PNC Library-Student-Faculty Building, Assembly Hall, Room 02. The event is free.
Kincaid has traveled extensively throughout Peru and Ecuador during the last 15 years. He has also worked closely with the Bruning Museum in Peru. This summer, Kincaid taught a course that took the students to Machu Picchu, Cuzco, and Lima.
