VALPARAISO | The sound of Richard Rodgers' music, the frontiers of nanotechnology and the story of Abraham Lincoln's funeral train are among the topics that older adults can explore this fall at Valparaiso University.

The Valparaiso Organization for Learning and Teaching Seniors is open to seniors interested in continuing to learn and in sharing their ideas and areas of expertise. VU faculty and other scholars and professionals will make presentations on a variety of topics during the program. Current events discussions will alternate with the lectures.

VOLTS participants must be retired or older than 60 years of age and may join at any time during the year. Dues are $20 per person or $35 per couple per year.

For more information or to register, call (219) 464-5313, e-mail continuing.ed@valpo.edu or visit www.valpo.edu/gce/ce/programs/volts.
