NORTHWEST INDIANA | Tudor Services' fourth annual Golf Outing, held Aug. 11 at The Golf Course at Aberdeen, raised more than $15,000.00 to support Hoosier Burn Camp for kids.
Outing organizers would like to thank sponsors, golfers and volunteers for making this event so successful. Over the last four years, Tudor Services Golf Outing has raised more than $50,000 to support the camp.
Hoosier Burn Camp serves Indiana's young people from ages 8-18 who have suffered the pain and trauma of being caught in a fire. For many of these children, Hoosier Burn Camp is the only opportunity to connect with other burn survivors, play in the outdoors without another child looking or asking about their skin. Hoosier Burn Camp is "A Place to Be Just One of the Kids."
Mark the calendar for next year's event, scheduled for Aug. 10, 2009. To volunteer or sign-up for next year's event contact James Tudor at (219) 465-6904 or email hoosierburncamp@tudorservices.com. To learn more about Hoosier Burn Camp visit www.hoosierburncamp.org.
