A gas line cut by a construction crew about 12:15 p.m. Monday resulted in no injuries and no fires, said Crown Point Fire Rescue Chief Greg DeLor.
DeLor said the crew was constructing a new building at the corner of Arrowhead Court and Millenium Drive when they cut through a 3-inch gas line.
NIPSCO arrived on the scene and disabled the gas line, DeLor said.
