PORTER TOWNSHIP| Boone Grove High School is canceling classes Wednesday because of flooding in a main hallway, Principal Garry DeRossett said late Tuesday.
A pipe in the hallway burst sometime Tuesday, prompting officials to cancel Tuesday and Wednesday classes, DeRossett said. The water spilled into nearby classrooms.
Officials don't have an estimate for how much repairs are going to cost.
DeRossett said school officials are not sure when the building will be ready to reopen for classes.
"We'll just have to wait and see how the clean-up goes," he said.
