INDIANAPOLIS | Several Northwest Indiana state lawmakers will appear at two public forums to personally update their constituents on legislative action at the Statehouse.
The first is set for noon Saturday at Merrillville Town Hall, 7820 Broadway.
State Rep. Vernon Smith, D-Gary, and state Sen. Lonnie Randolph, D-East Chicago, will discuss proposals moving through the Legislature and take questions.
The second is at noon March 9 at the Glen Theater, 20 W. Ridge Rd., Gary.
Smith and Randolph will be joined at that session by state Rep. Charlie Brown, D-Gary, state Rep. Earl Harris, D-East Chicago, and state Sen. Earline Rogers, D-Gary.
