CALUMET CITY | Thornton Fractional North High School is offering the “Learning to Excel Academically with Pride," or LEAP Program, for incoming freshmen to help make the transition from eighth grade to high school a little easier.

LEAP activities will take place daily from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Monday through June 27. Registration for this first-come, first-served program ends on Sunday, or once the program has reached its capacity of 90 students.

Open to incoming freshmen who plan to attend T.F. North in the fall, the program provides students with various educational and social enrichment activities designed to help them get acclimated with high school life.

Additional information and registration forms are available on the T.F. North website at http://www.tfd215.org/north.
