CALUMET CITY | Thornton Fractional North High School hosted AIDS activist and motivational speaker Rae Lewis-Thorton on April 25 as part of the school's Health Awareness Month.

After her presentation, students who purchased Red Equality T-shirts formed a human Red Ribbon for AIDS Awareness outside the school. The T.F. North Action Team will sponsor its AIDS Awareness walk-a-thon on the school's track Friday.
