CALUMET CITY | The St. Bernard Hospital Pediatric Mobile Health Unit will offer free immunizations and school physicals at Thornton Fractional North High School, 755 Pulaski Road, in July and August, the school district announced.

The mobile health unit will be at T.F. North on July 30, and Aug. 5, 7, 12 and 14.

School physicals and immunizations are by appointment only and parents must complete a consent form, health history and bring immunization records with them.
