STEGER | A 60s-plus reunion of Bloom High School alumni who were graduated 60 or more years ago will take place May 10.

The luncheon reunion, for graduates of Bloom High classes through 1953, will begin at 11 a.m. at Scrementi’s Restaurant in Steger. Cost of the luncheon is $20 a person. Spouses, family members and friends of graduates may attend.

Reservations are being accepted at Bloom High School, 101 W. 10th St. in Chicago Heights. Checks should be made out to the Bloom High School Alumni Association. Additional information is available by contacting Don Croarkin or Nancy Bawolek in the Bloom alumni office, (708) 755-1122, ext. 2301.

Dorothy Dill, 60s-plus reunion chairperson, said the program will include a Bloom School District 206 update presented by Superintendent Lenell Navarre, Bloom High news reported by Principal Michael Campbell and musical entertainment provided by the Bloom student choir.
