FLOSSMOOR | Area residents are invited to attend several free concerts in December at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. All the events are held in the school's Mall Auditorium, at 999 Kedzie Ave., and feature musicians and singers from the school's extensive Fine Arts Department.

- Viking Chamber Orchestra & Concert Band Performance: 4 p.m. Saturday
- Symphonic Band & Viking Orchestra Performance: 2 p.m. Sunday
- Symphonia & Wind Ensemble Concert: 4 p.m. Sunday
- Inspirational Voices Concert: 7:30 p.m. Dec. 14
- Tuba Concert: 3 p.m. Dec. 15
- Winter Choral Concert: 3 p.m. Dec. 16
